Raimond was completely lost by now. Alison's head was buried in his shoulder and she was muttering strange things. What did she mean? He couldn't remember it exactly but he was sure he had heard that word somewhere before. Strip... Wasn't that a type of pattern? Like the one on the walls, but somehow that didn't sound right. What would that even mean? Did she want him to draw a strip(e) on her?

Without any idea what to do, Raimond began to trail his forefinger along the smooth skin of Alison's arm. He moved his hand up and down, his touch becoming harder with each strip(e). In a way he felt like he was teasing her like he saw the guys in those stupid love films do, but if that's what Alison was asking, who was he to argue.

Alison silently let Raimond do whatever he was doing for a moment, in a way a bit confused on what was going on. Soon enough, however, she felt that this was starting to annoy her and with a loud groan she pulled away from him.

" Not that! "
She whined as she tried to shoot a glare at him with her brows furrowed. Of course, it couldn't seem nearly as intimidating as when she's sober. First of all her face was flushed and she was slightly spinning around from being intoxicated, that can't be intimidating at all.
With a loud sigh she stood up, already giving up any hope she had before but just as she stood up a wave of dizziness overcame her and she fell back down on the couch, managing to push Rai down as well so she was now weakly resting her head on his chest.
"... Idiot. " she grumbled in displeasure but one of her hands couldn't help but cling to the front of his shirt. " I don't get it. I'm doing my best but I still can't make you happy, now can I? " she asked quietly, her eyes suddenly starting to fill with tears. This was probably a very emotional phase for her drunk state...

Normally, in this kind of situation Raimond's heart would begin to beat embarrassingly fast but somehow it remained normal, perhaps slightly slightly faster than he would've liked but still. No matter how pleased he was that he managed to keep his heart under control when Alison touched him like that, nothing could've saved his heart from the shock it received at Alison suddenly crying. As if he had been electrocuted like some kind of grilled baguette and he had no idea what to do, as is the case with most baguettes.

His eyes darted from side to side, trying to find some sort of diversion. Of course, there was nothing, just like every other time he had been in a crisis. This time he would have to tough it out, like a man. A French man. A hot Fr- okay maybe not.

Since running away didn't seem to be an option, Raimond had to resort to the power of words. Though in his case that power was very weak. For a moment he considered pretending he didn't speak English, like he had done with so many annoying classmates back in England but somehow he didn't think that would work.
With a sigh of defeat, he replied,
"Well try and make me 'appy. Eef that makes you 'appy..."
He muttered the second part quietly, putting emphasis mostly on the first sentence, almost curious to see what would happen.

Alison seemed to be slowly giving up, or maybe just calming down a little bit as she wiped the tears away from her eyes. This situation frustrated her, but also made her feel a bit sad. There wasn't a really huge reason why she felt sad, in fact she shouldn't feel sad since normally being this close to Rai made her happy.

'' But what can I do? '' She asked quietly as she looked up at him, her gaze showing unclear concern, '' What can I do to make you happy? I don't understand what I'm lacking in order to make you feel genuinely happy, or at least laugh your heart out! ''
There was some truth to Alison's words, and that made her quite depressed. Even though she's known him for, what, 5 years now? She still has trouble figuring him out sometimes. Of course there was no way Alison was making him miserable, if she was sober she would have been fully aware of that, but alas her drunk mind was just giving her negative thoughts, causing her to fall in another drunk phase where she is just crying her heart out.
'' It's depressing when I think about how I can't even make the man I love happy... ''

Raimond pursed his lips childishly, unsure of what to do next- what was new? At least he could manage to keep his eyes focused on Alison now, in an attempt to convince her he wasn't losing interest in her- in fact it was probably very much the opposite but he wouldn't tell her that just yet, or ever.

There probably wasn't much point in trying to use reason with Alison at this point, since she was beyond drunk. What should he do? Try to charm her with his sexy thick French accent? Wait when had that ever worked?

"What makes you think zat...zat you do noot make me 'appy?"
He trusted his his instincts and placed his hand atop Alison's trembling one. Raimond trusting his instincts probably doesn't sound like the safest of ideas but how can you argue with a man who hails from THE city of love?

Alison went silent at Raimond's words, clearly not having a response to that. She hadn't thought about it that far... Why did she think she doesn't make Rai happy? Maybe because he doesn't show it very much? But she's been with him for so long she can kinda tell when he doesn't mind being with her, basically when he sticks close to her that must mean he enjoys her company. Come to think of it, has he ever even purposely ignored her?

'' Well.. Um.. ''
The fact he was still keeping his gaze focused on her slowly made Alison a bit embarrassed about her behavior. As drunk as she was, she couldn't fight that gaze at all.
While pursing her lips in embarrassment she glanced away, for the first time in at least 3 years has she not been able to win at a staring contest with Rai. Well, in this case the situation is a bit different from previous years... BUT STILL.
'' I don't know... '' she finally admitted.

Raimond raised his eyebrows triumphantly as Alison all but admitted her defeat. She may be drunk but a victory was a victory in his eyes- which Alison had stopped looking at, bringing him another victory this time in the staring contest department. Today may have been a little demoralising for Alison but wow he was just getting stronger and stronger. Though his victorious vision was of little use when his slightly overgrown hair fell from its position on top of his head, where he had pushed it back, and hung unhelpfully in front of one of his eyes.

"Well why complain eef you don't know?"
He asked simply. His fingers wrapped slowly around Alison's hand, was this what she wanted? He bloody well hoped so since he'd seen the movies and didn't want Alison's emotions to explode like the Hollywood drunks.

Alison felt her cheeks starting to burn up again, this time not just from the alcohol but from something else. Right now she was stubborn, though, and in a way didn't want to admit that he was right. For once.

'' ... Cheeky bastard. ''
She grumbled under her breath. Even though she was a bit annoyed she was still... Happy? Yes, definitely happy. In a way she's been a bit pleased ever since she had Raimond pinned down under her. Maybe she should make use of that situation, just for a little bit of revenge.

'' Maybe It's just my 'womanly' instinct speaking to me? ''
Alison looked into Raimond's eyes again, this time looking like she almost had a small evil glint in her eyes, as if she was up to something. She intertwined their fingers with Rai's hand which was holding hers and adjusted her position a tiny bit, just so her glorious cleavage could be seen at least a tiny bit. Alison put on her cutest pout, like those pouts k-pop idols normally put on and get lots of fans dying from how cute it looks and proceeded with her line.
'' Hey, but it's not a bad thing I'm complaining at least a little bit, right? Because of that we're in this kind of situation... You don't mind this at all, right? ''
This was probably some kind of perverted drunk phase for her again. Nearly a full cycle.

This was one of those moments where Raimond wished more than anything that he could rub his forehead, partly out of desperation but also because he was beginning to "perspire". What was happening? One minute he was peacefully playing video games, the next thing he knew Alison was on top of him, making some ~~stupid~~ questionable face.

Did he mind it? Well, not really. But he did mind the fact that he was visibly becoming uncomfortable and Alison would probably notice soon. Then again, she was drunk and couldn't even tell what she herself was doing so why would she care abt a little writhing and wriggling from him?

It wasn't as if s- Oh la la what was this he was seeing before his eyes? Alison's shirt had...slipped a little too far for Raimond's dank mind to handle.
"Dan Alison...your bobbie s..."
He muttered under his breath, without thinking about what he had said until it was too late. Merde.

"I...no...not minding at all~"
This wasn't going at all well for poor Raimond. Not even his sexy French-ness could possible make Alison forgive him for his stupid comments.

Even though Alison had a feeling Raimond was getting uncomfortable (in fact she didn't think, SHE KNEW), she wasn't planning on stopping anytime soon. If anything, seeing that she was finally winning in this seemingly endless battle made her want to see how far she could go. Not sure if this sadistic side had always been inside of her or it was the alcohol.

'' Hmm~? Is something the matter~? '' she asked with an innocent, almost teasing expression as she leaned closer to his ear.
'' Your eyes seem to be wandering~ Did you spot something you like~? '' she whispered, almost sounding like a hostess in some kind of indecent facility. She knew that girls loved it when guys whisper in their ear, but she had never tried it out on Raimond. This was definitely the perfect opportunity, to say the least.

For the first time in a while, Raimond's reaction in his head was in English. It went something a little like this: What the fuck is happening? Because of course no such sentence exists in French and he felt the need to fully express himself.

His head retreated away as Alison leaned close to his ear, giving him an enviable double chin but that was the least of his concerns at that moment in time. His eyes continued to 'wander'. All the way to the door in fact, where he pictured himself running down the stairs and taking refuge in his friend's apartment downstairs. But maybe he was enjoying this? Maybe he didn't want to run away? MAYBE. He preferred to believe that this wasn't the case but still.....maybe it was.

"Kinda want a drink...."
He murmured, hoping Alison heard him but would assume he didn't want her to. He had to maintain that complicated, mysterious-man appearance (that he somehow thought he actually had in the first place). However in the back of his mind something was telling him to go on, strive for more. Whatever the fuck that was he had no idea but it didn't sound like a bad plan either.

"Rapproche toi...."
He whispered slightly nervously yet loud enough so that Alison could hear. Whether she would understand was another matter though.

Alison couldn't help but giggle quietly when she heard Raimond's nervous voice. In a way she felt a little bad, but that was only somewhere way deep down. Right now she was enjoying this more than anything. Just how far could she go, hm~?

'' You really are a pervert, aren't you? ''
She murmured quietly, at the same time obediently pressing herself more against Rai. Not that she minded that she was a pervert, if anything she was just the same. Well, at least right now she was. God know what he reaction to all of this will be tomorrow, but right now she was just going with the flow and relaxing even more.

'' You're really warm... I love you, Rai~ ''
Alison closed her eyes as she lightly nuzzled his neck, a sheepish smile appearing on her face. Somehow her voice seemed a bit different from before. Her energetic tone was gone and now she just sounded really tired, almost sleepy. Surely enough that was definitely the case. After using up all her energy in shouting, teasing and trying to use her brain she was completely shut down now.
Alison eventually went completely silent, only her breathing could be heard. She had fallen asleep right on top of Rai, not even moving an inch and feeling extremely comfortable just staying like this.

Nope noooo nope. Nope, no thanks. Oh god NO- were a few of the thoughts running through Raimond's mind. He wasn't sure why he had just told Alison to do that and was now facing the consequences. He knew he shouldn't be like this when Alison wasn't herself, not just for her dignity but also for his conscience. How much further was Alison really prepared to g- oh... Silence.

His neck felt fuzzy at her touch but not in an uncomfortable way. In fact, he was a little more comfortable than he was prepared to admit. Their combined body heat was like a cheap electric blanket and the sound of Alison's breathing was strangely calming and hypnotic compared to his own sleep habits of strangled snores. Perhaps he would stay like this just a little longer... Just... Until morning? Yeah, that sounded like a good idea. So with a still racing heart, he tried to settle down, not even thinking about what Alison's reaction would be in the morning.

That night Alison had a dream, a strangely peaceful dream. She was alone on an island, quietly reading a book. The only animals here were some birds and they were happily chirping in the forest nearby. She was sitting on the sand, right next to the ocean and enjoying the sunny breeze. She hadn't felt this at peace in a very, very long time. Mostly because of school... Wait, school.

Alison squirmed slightly in her sleep, suddenly feeling alarmed when she realized she might be late for school, but at the same time her head felt so heavy she thought it would be okay to sleep for a little bit longer... Besides, for some reason it was very warm and calming. She had no idea why, only when she slowly opened her eyes did she realize the situation she was in.
It took her at least 10 seconds to figure out who she was on top of, and when she did she suddenly went into a bit of a panic. Why was she on top of Rai? What happened?!
As Alison pulled away so she could look at Raimond's sleeping face, she realized they were on the couch. But how did she-

Suddenly everything came together. The essay she was writing yesterday, the alcohol... The effects of the alcohol. Alison's face flushed pure red when she remembered the first bit of her drunken state. She had not yet recollected everything, but everything was slowly coming together. The words she said, when she got annoyed, when she got angry... .. When she tried to... to...
At that moment a part of Alison died and she nearly fainted from the shock of just what she had done last night. That was extremely out of character, NOT TO MENTION TOO MUCH! Dear god... WAIT, DID THEY ACTUALLY GO ANY FURTHER?!

'' Wh-Wh-Wh-... ''
Alison stammered, her lips trembling as she stared down at Rai with a flushed face. She didn't even care he was asleep, she looked him over almost as if trying to find hints of clothes possibly being taken off. She had to know what had happened after she blacked out.
